Introduction Welcome to the BriefLogic AI Demo version, (“BriefLogic AI”). The intent of the BriefLogic AI is to allow interested parties to evaluate and/or provide feedback to BriefLogic AI leadership or developers. By accessing our demo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the demo. License to Use Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, BriefLogic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to use the BriefLogic AI One Demo for the purpose of evaluating its potential and providing feedback.

• Engage in any activity that could impair or cause damage to the operation of the demo.

Disclaimer of Warranties The BriefLogic AI One Demo is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability In no event will BriefLogic Inc be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious actions resulting from the use of the demo.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BriefLogic and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to the demo (including negligent or wrongful conduct).

Modification of Terms BriefLogic reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, Travis County, USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and BriefLogic will be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Texas, Travis County, USA.
