Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to the BriefLogic AI, (“BriefLogic AI”). The intent of the BriefLogic AI is to allow BriefLogic authorized users to develop drafts of and/or analyze marketing input documents (“MIDs”) or content intended to direct marketing efforts. By accessing or using BriefLogic AI, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions: (Please read them carefully before interacting with BriefLogic AI. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not proceed.)

License to Use:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, BriefLogic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to use BriefLogic AI for the purpose of creating draft content and analysis of marketing input documents.

Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights in the demo and its content are owned by BriefLogic Inc, a Delaware Corporation. The rights to use the BriefLogic AI are licensed (not sold) to you, and you have no rights in, or to, BriefLogic AI other than the right to use it in accordance with these terms.

Restrictions:

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of BriefLogic AI instructions, code or training content.
You agree not to use the demo for any unlawful purpose.
You agree not to engage in any activity that could impair or cause damage to the operation of BriefLogic AI.
You agree not to engage in any activity designed to reverse engineer BriefLogic AI’s architecture, core instructions or training content.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

BriefLogic AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability:

In no event will BriefLogic Inc be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious actions resulting from the use of BriefLogic AI.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BriefLogic and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to the demo (including negligent or wrongful conduct).

Modification of Terms:

BriefLogic reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. You agree to check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of BriefLogic AI following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, Collin County, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and BriefLogic will be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Texas, Collin County, USA.
